My stay in ten ocean view was excellent, the room, neighborhood, location and hosts were amazing. Room was clean, everything was nearby, you could walk anywhere and they even included little snacks for me. The hosts were lovely, so helpful and accommodating. St Ives is beautiful, very safe and a lot of stuff to do. And the views of the room were unbelievable, will be back for sure.

Ten Ocean View exceeded my expectations and offered me an excellent value for money. We stayed in the Zennor room; it was clean, spacious, well-appointed and had a beautiful view of the beach and church. The location was ideal, situated near to the coastal path and the town centre. Amy was a helpful host. Thank you for a great stay. For potential visitors: I noticed that some of the information in other reviews is out of date, so please check their official website for information about what they currently provide.

Lovely and clean, amazing view from the front and accommodating hosts. There is a garden that guests can use at the front of the property overlooking the beach. I sat and had my morning coffee there. So peaceful. Couldn't do enough to help you. Thank you for an amazing week! Much appreciated! Would book again!

We stayed for 4 days here in St Ives. While here we enjoyed the hospitality of Amy and Toby. In their lovely 4 bedroom guest house. Our room had a wonderful view of the local beach and St Ives below us. Our room had ensuite facilities. Our room had a bay window complete with binoculars so that guests like us could look out at the sea and land far beyond us. Also to our pleasant surprise we had a mini fridge too. Each morning Amy greeted is at breakfast with a smile and spent a few moments chatting with us about our journey or our day ahead. Food was cooked to order and served personally by her. Warm home made bread was very welcome as I like my toast. You had a choice of cooked dishes for breakfast or a help yourself buffet for tea, coffee and fruit drinks, seriel and such. Only a short walk to the sea front down the hill made the whole experience even better. One last thing, we had to checkout early but they were kind enough to let us keep our luggage in the house until we were ready to catch our train. All the little things made it a real pleasure for us.
