Really incredible lovely guest house so close to the main beach of Porthmeor And the Tates St Ives. Less than a 10 minute walk into town down some beautiful secret little couple stone alleys. I really wanna come back here with My Wife again very soon because we had such a lovely time

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on The 09 July. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and the town center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

First time in St Ives, and found a lovely gem on booking.com. Owners were so accommodating and helpful, and allowed us to check in slightly earlier. Very pleasant modern room, with a very comfortable bed. Usual tea and coffee , bottled water available in the room with the use of TV and WiFi. Dogs allowed at the property for an additional £15 and parking on site for £5 per night. Close to town centre and beach, definitely recommend a stay. Will be back again :)

Excellent communication to ensure your stay starts off right.Simon and Tricia are wonderful helpful people and shared loads of local knowledge which made our first trip to St Ives excellent. Saltwater is a very well refurbished guest house with very good quality linen and beds and excellent shower facilities. The room service for breakfast ( due to COVID restrictions dining room closed) was first class. Great location and only minutes away from St Ives beaches. Excellent holiday and would highly recommend . Many thanks Tricia & Simon
