St Austell sits within reach of two of Cornwall's most famous gardens—the Eden Project is 4 miles away, the Lost Gardens of Heligan 6 miles—and the village itself has good transport links including the railway station. Sandy beaches and coves dot the coast nearby, with longer walks along the cliffs. Charlestown harbour and Mevagissey fishing village are a short drive, and local shops and a pub are moments away on foot.
The Old Coach House is a one-bedroom property on the ground and first floors. Downstairs is an open-plan living space with a woodburner and TV, plus a kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave and washer-dryer. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle. You'll find a patio with garden furniture and barbecue space, with private parking for one car. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; underfloor heating means the property stays warm in cooler months. No smoking throughout. This is adults-only accommodation.
