The Stable House

The Stable House is a two-bedroom ground-floor apartment in rural Cornwall, a couple of miles inland from Fowey and the south coast beaches. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: electricity, bed linen, towels, and a kitchen fitted with a modern cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table for four and plenty of worktop space for cooking. The living room has two sofas and a smart TV with freesat and streaming services, opening via double doors into a sunny conservatory that overlooks the garden.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed; the second has two singles. The bathroom is fully tiled with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and contemporary fittings. Outside, the garden wraps around the property with French doors from the conservatory onto a patio with seating. A front porch offers space for coats and beach gear, and there is private driveway parking for one car. A pub is within a mile, and the location suits anyone wanting a quiet base for exploring the Cornish coast. Smoking is not permitted.
