The Wee Cottage

This Grade II listed cottage dates back generations as a fisherman's home in Polperro village. The stone building has been renovated throughout but retains its period character, spread across three floors with sloping ceilings on the upper level. The Wee Cottage is yours alone for the duration of your stay, with room for four guests across two bedrooms and a bathroom.

On the ground floor, an open-plan space combines living, dining and kitchen areas around a wood burner. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave for cooking; upstairs, a bedroom with a king bed and shower room occupy the first floor. The second floor bedroom has two single beds and skylights. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all provided, with an initial load of wood for the burner included. The cottage has stairgates and is available for families; smoking is not permitted.

Polperro village wraps around a working harbour and small beach. A pub sits within a mile, and the Heritage Coast is close by. A public car park is nearby, and the stream running alongside the property can be watched from the windows.
