Linnet Cottage

Linnet Cottage is a four-bedroom house on a Cotswold estate with its own grounds overlooking the lake. The layout spreads across three floors, giving plenty of space for a larger group. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining area has a woodburner, 60-inch Smart TV and direct access via French doors to a decked terrace where you can eat outside. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the essentials. There is also a downstairs toilet.

Upstairs, the first floor holds three bedrooms: a kingsize with ensuite, a double, and a single (suitable for children). A separate family bathroom serves the double and single rooms. The top floor has a fourth kingsize bedroom with its own ensuite and a single futon, plus views across the grounds. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; initial logs for the woodburner are provided. The rear garden has seating, a gas BBQ and a balcony.

The cottage sits within a larger estate where guests have use of an indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, gym and tennis court. Fishing is available on-site with a licence. There is a lake in the grounds. The property is for family and holidaymaker bookings only, and smoking is not permitted.
