Wychwood

Wychwood is a substantial stone cottage built into a larger holiday complex in the heart of the Cotswolds, positioned between Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold and Burford. The building has the character of a country manor conversion, with original features including an open fireplace, four-poster bed and flagstone kitchen. It is yours entirely for the duration of your stay—no shared occupation, only shared use of the grounds and leisure facilities.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds a sitting room with a wood-burning stove and access to a terrace, plus a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a four-poster double and ensuite shower, the other with two single beds and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Both have heated towel rails. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, along with logs for the fire and a welcome pack on arrival.

The grounds contain an indoor heated swimming pool with a sun terrace, a games room with pool table and table tennis, a well-equipped gym, and children's play areas. Bikes are available by arrangement. The property suits families or groups seeking a base with immediate access to village walks and country pubs; smoking is not permitted indoors.
