We came to see Toy Story 5 with my autistic with dyspraxia son and immediately as we stepped in it was normal but the screen didn’t show anything the adds and then after a few minutes nothing so one of the other cinema goers told the staff a guy came in to say that the screen wasn’t working and they’d fix it 7 minutes later they said that we couldn’t fix it refunds and also you can get a another shouwnt free of charge and my Autistic son who was 10 could only see that one but he wanted Spider-Man we chose the new Spider-Man because it was 12A (forgot) and the movie was great the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because of that moment but outstanding service because they gave us the best seats in the house (the red seats at the back) for it amazing just that photos are from my son the first image because he got a TikTok out of it

Visited a couple of weeks ago during the heatwave, and the cinema was extremely hot. We were told the air conditioning was on, but it didn’t seem to be working. I really felt for the staff, who were still working hard serving food and drinks despite the heat. They were friendly and helpful throughout. I hope the air conditioning is fixed soon.

Its my local cinema and since January when I invested inside of my unlimited membership, ive been a frequenter to the establishment. Its a clean space with modern facilities, however the screens are beginning to show their age. But when it comes to staff, clean spaces and affordability, its hard to beat. Ive been pleased with the service of many workers but Harry stands out as a highlight. Always happy to serve and very efficient at his job. Always a pleasure to visit
