I’ve been living here for 8 months and all of the staff have been very professional and kid-friendly, including the security team. My family and I feel very comfortable living here. Overall, the furniture and facilities are in good condition. Whenever there has been any issue related to electricity, the water boiler, or lights, the staff responded quickly and arranged maintenance right away. So far, we haven’t thought about moving anywhere else. Hopefully we can continue living here comfortably for the next 4 years.

Absolutely awful! The only good thing about the apartment was the location - apart from there is zero parking! Good luck trying to find a space nearby. The apartment was worn and tacky, the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. Done as cheaply as possible. Also rude staff

My experience at the serviced apartment in Coventry was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional – the gentleman who received me was excellent. The flat itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and far bigger than I expected. Being on the 7th floor, it was quiet, spacious, and just unbelievably nice. Everything was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
