Stayed here whilst working away, parked in the car park and was hit with drug users, needles and a strong smell of urine. As a woman I didn’t feel safe getting from the car park to the hotel and I also felt uneasy leaving my car in the car park. Rooms ok, a little dated. Breakfast was good.

Lovely, big room, with everything you need - although there are no sockets for phone chargers by the bed. One of the highlights was the lovely breakfast service from Patricia and her colleagues! They even opened breakfast early to accommodate our early departure, incredible! The reception staff were also very helpful. All the staff were happy to help and went the we extra mile. Thank you Ramada!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, the rooms are unbelievably small — more like tiny boxes than hotel rooms. Calling them "suites" is highly misleading and creates completely unrealistic expectations. The cleanliness standards were also poor. The room was not properly cleaned, with dust in corners and an overall feeling of neglect. It certainly did not feel comfortable or hygienic. Breakfast was another letdown. The options were extremely limited, repetitive, and lacked quality. There was very little variety, and many items ran out quickly without being replenished. What frustrated me the most was the staff's attitude. They were slow to respond to queries and seemed uninterested in helping guests. Simple requests took far too long to be addressed, and communication was poor throughout the stay. Overall, this hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The photos and descriptions are misleading, the rooms are cramped, service is disappointing, and the overall guest experience falls far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here and certainly would not return.

Excellent service and the rooms are a good size with TV and ensuite. Having the excellent restaurant in the building is a real positive. Note the room temperature may need you to turn ON the Aircon (button on top right). My son also liked the bathroom.
