Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Coventry

I stay at this Hilton almost every week for business trips to Coventry, and it has consistently been a fantastic experience. The staff are always warm, friendly, and welcoming, making every stay comfortable and stress-free. A special bonus is that my little dog is always made to feel welcome too, and he has a great time whenever we stay here. It’s wonderful to find a hotel that is both professional and genuinely pet-friendly. Thank you to all the amazing staff for your outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Lovely large 4-floor hotel in Coventry with a spacious reception, restaurant, bar and seating area. Very professional and welcoming reception team with an easy checking process. Lifts and stairs to all floors. Everything was in great order. My breakfast was included and had a great range of cereals, continental and cooked foods, tea, coffee, juices and waters. Breakfast from 6.30am is super helpful as I had an early start - again professional, friendly and engaging team on duty with breakfasts. I was in a double room. Large double bed, desk, wardrobe, safe and bathroom. All clean, fresh looking and comfortable. Firm bed which i love and air-conditioning that cooled the room quickly. Parking was £10 per 24 hours and the car park does get busy quickly in the evenings. No EV chargers on site that i could see, but a new charging bank is being built at the far end of the car park. Small covered area for bikes. Good disabled access, parking spaces, wide doors and level floors, lots of space between tables etc. Excellent connectivity to the M6/M69 but more difficult crossing points if you're on foot.

Our recent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Preeti, who was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful—she truly set the tone for our entire stay. Although we experienced a couple of very minor issues in our room, the way they were handled was exceptional. Preeti, Beverley, and another lovely lady at reception (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch) addressed everything immediately and efficiently. Not only did they resolve the issues quickly, but they also went above and beyond by offering us a room upgrade, extended check-out time, and even some morning coffees, which we really appreciated. We honestly can’t recall ever encountering such polite, friendly, and attentive hotel staff. Their level of care and dedication made a lasting impression on us. The hotel itself is fantastic—spotlessly clean throughout, with a beautiful, modern lobby and downstairs area that creates a great first impression. Every part of our stay felt comfortable and well looked after. Even though we don’t usually have a reason to visit Coventry, we would absolutely return to this hotel purely because of the exceptional service we received. It truly made our stay memorable. A great experience all around—highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Coventry!

Such a great DoubleTree 👍 Handy location just off the M6, but far enough away not to hear the M6 traffic 😉 Grounds are very 'green' with lots of trees, shrubs and plants to provide a nice backdrop. The car park is very big with descent sized car parking spaces and it is also well lit 👍 The Hotel is big, but still very welcoming. Staff are very good, it was nice to be welcomed for my H Honours loyalty and offered a room upgrade 🙂 Rooms are big and well furnished, Beds and Pillows are great. I didn't use the Air-con as the room had a Window that opened 👍 Breakfast was good with a fair mixture of food available. Overall it was a great place to stay, I stayed on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised at how Cheap it was 👍
