Great overall stay! Check-in was smooth, the rooms have AC (a huge plus), and there is plenty of parking. A special thanks to Mrs. Lesley at reception for always being so welcoming and helpful! Shoutout to Pranav at the restaurant bar, and to Mrs. Jackie during breakfast for constantly checking in on us. The breakfast chefs can be a bit hit-or-miss, but the food is cooked to order so go early for the freshest meal! While the restaurant serves standard Premier Inn food, there’s a KFC, Taco Bell, and Nando's nearby if you fancy something else.

The usual perfect stay at a Premier Inn. No frills, good bed, clean room, shower was hot and the beer was cold. Jackie serving at breakfast was a super star! I hope she's looked after well by the business - thank you for the amazing service Jackie 😊

We had a superb stay, and it was made all the better by Sophie and Charlie(from the pub next door). The team gave us the cheeriest, most friendly welcome, and there was another lovely lady too whose name I didn’t catch, so sorry! They really went above and beyond for our daddy and daughter foodie tour of the UK. The team even went as far as opening the restaurant to provide us with some crockery and cutlery so we could enjoy an impromptu meal in our room that evening. Honestly, it is the simple things that make such a difference. Friendly, supportive, and genuinely amazing customer service. Yes, the rooms are not super fancy or ultra modern, but they are clean, the sheets are fresh, everything smelled lovely, and you can clearly tell that housekeeping take real pride in keeping the place spotless. We would absolutely stay again.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we stopped off at the restaurant for breakfast. I am not usually one for reviews but I felt the need to leave a review for the server/waiter Alex who was so welcoming and helpful. He welcomed us with a friendly smile and tone and went above and beyond for us to ensure we had everything we needed. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and was very impressed with Alex and his service. Thankyou Alex we hope work appreciates your hard work and you are Recognised.
