Great sevice start to finish. Had an issue with my booking it got resolved quickly by reception Tom the receptionist and John the night staff were extremely helpful. Polite, kind and welcoming. After a long day of travelling manage to book in with ease. Then we had dinner in the restaurant Bez was our server for the evening. He was extremely kind and helpful amazing service. Definitely recommend this hotel

A great room with excellent facilities including much appreciated air conditining for the perfect comfort level. Great help and assistance from Tom and Rom with any queries. A perfect venue for small, large, quick or all day meetings. I will definitely use again. The hotels location just off the M6 makes it easy to find and commute to other locations in thecarea.

Spotless! Housekeepers were very friendly, though perhaps not always understanding you at the first attempt but a smile and a retry sees them smile and be Soo helpful. Lovely Staff so very professional and nothing is too much trouble. The location could be anywhere, but is is quiet and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast is definitely worth getting up for! *****
