What visitors say
We had a fantastic day at Birdworld! It was friendly, fun, and really educational. There was so much to see, and it was obvious how much care goes into looking after the birds. The Parrot Play and Ball Run was such good fun and a real highlight of the day—it added an extra interactive element that we absolutely loved! The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to answer my barrage of bird questions. Nothing was too much trouble, and their enthusiasm and expertise made the whole experience even better. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, fascinating day out!

We booked our family tickets online for a Sunday visit. It was a sunny, warm, and pleasant day, with plenty of parking available right in front of the entrance. It was a perfect day out for little ones to experience some of the world’s most endangered and Red List birds, along with the dinosaurs on the park’s trail. The Heart-Bleeding Dove, African Penguins, Pelicans, and Cockatoos are some of the must-see attractions in the park. There is also a children’s play area and a café to keep the whole family entertained with fun and food.

Very happy with our visit on Father's Day. We got there for opening and got through the check in quickly with no issues. There's lots to see and do and my kids (11 and an autistic 7) really enjoyed themselves. The park area was excellent. The café is expensive but the food was good. Highly recommended for a great day out.

Incredible day out! The new equipment and water play area are brilliant we could have stayed all day just in that part of the park. Birds all look healthy and well cared for… there’s a huge variety too. It was quiet on a Friday and so much to see. We really love it here and will definitely be back very soon! Only reason for 4 stars is the new cafe in the play barn is disappointing, it was the only cafe open that day annoyingly. No face to face ordering with a real person or anyone front of house to speak to, just 1 single machine to order from so a slow queue and the machine isn’t easy to navigate. There’s a very limited menu, no cash payments and it’s pricey bland food. You also aren’t allowed to take food out of the cafe to sit with your children playing outside which seems ridiculous.
