7 Elm Court is a first-floor apartment at the quiet rear of a purpose-built development, with views across the fells and the River Greta from the living area. The setting sits on the edge of Keswick, close enough to shops and pubs within a mile yet positioned next to the river with direct access to walking routes. The whole place is yours alone.

Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower serve four guests. The open-plan living and dining room has a TV and electric fire; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washer-dryer and fridge. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is parking for one car on site. One pet is welcome; no smoking throughout the property.
