Two bedrooms—one double on the ground floor with garden access, one with twin singles—and a shower room downstairs serve the sleeping quarters. Upstairs is the main living space: an open-plan room with a wood-burning stove, a dining area, and a kitchen fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; logs for the stove cost extra and must be arranged in advance.

The property sits on a lawned garden with seating and a barbecue, part of shared grounds that include woodland and an orchard—all private and enclosed. There is parking for two cars on site and a bike store. One small dog stays free. Smoking is not permitted inside.
