Fairview

Fairview is a four-bedroom property in Wigton, near the infant school, set up for a week away with a larger group or extended family. You get the whole place to yourselves: seven beds across four rooms, with three bathrooms spread between them. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and its own en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms are kingsize, one with an en-suite, the other sharing a family bathroom that also serves a fourth bedroom with a single bed. There are heated towel rails throughout.

The ground floor opens into one large living and dining space with a woodburner and smart TV, flowing through to a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge. French doors lead out to an enclosed back garden with seating. A separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. At the front, there's a sitting-out area with garden furniture. The property has parking for two cars on site, and a bike store. WiFi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the woodburner comes with initial fuel. One small dog is welcome. No smoking inside.
