A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer sits separate from the main living areas—useful for drying wet clothes after fell walks.

The rear garden is enclosed and receives afternoon sun, accessed via sliding doors from the kitchen to a raised patio with glazed balustrade. A second sitting area and furniture are provided. Parking for two cars is on the drive, and there is garage storage suitable for bikes and kayaks. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property does not permit smoking.
