Flat 4 occupies the first floor of a central Keswick building, positioned to take in views of the surrounding Lakeland Fells. The property sleeps four across a kingsize bedroom with ensuite, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a family bathroom. A separate living and dining area has a TV and DVD player for quieter evenings, while the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave among its appliances. Heating, electricity, wi-fi on full fibre broadband, bed linen and towels are all included.

Walking is the obvious draw. The fells visible from the windows are genuinely accessible; everything from low-level routes around the lake shore to serious day hikes up Skiddaw, Blencathra or Helvellyn lies within striking distance. Parking on site means you can leave the car for much of the week and use Keswick's buses, which connect to other valleys and towns. Derwentwater is a short walk away. The town centre itself—shops, pubs, restaurants, a cinema and theatre—sits just five minutes' walk from the flat. No smoking is permitted inside.
