Inside, the layout keeps everything on one level: a double bedroom with television, a shower room, a kitchen/dining room with electric cooking and dishwasher, and a living room with a sofa bed if needed. The essentials—electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels—are included. You have private parking for one car and access to shared garden furniture on the grounds. An unfenced stream runs through the estate about 100 yards away, worth noting if that matters to you. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
