Keswick has restaurants, shops and fell walks on its doorstep, and Greenbank puts you within easy reach of all three. The town centre is walkable, or there's parking for five cars on site if you're exploring the central Lakes further afield. A pub sits just over a mile away.

The house spreads across three floors with five bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a ground-floor cloakroom. Downstairs, the living room and dining room both have a television and electric fire; the kitchen has a gas oven and hob, and there's a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Bedrooms range from a kingsize on the second floor with its own ensuite to four rooms on the first floor—two with single beds, one with bunks, one with another pair of singles. The patio has garden furniture for sitting out. Wi-Fi is included. One well-behaved dog is welcome; the house is non-smoking.
