We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The house is spotless, cosy, and beautifully decorated, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious – easily one of the highlights of our stay. The location is excellent. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Keswick town centre, but the walk itself is lovely, following a beautiful pedestrian path. There is also a bus stop right next to the B&B, which made it very easy to travel to Glenridding, Buttermere, and Grasmere. Public transport connections are excellent. Keswick itself has plenty of great cafés, pubs, and restaurants, making it a perfect base for exploring the Lake District. We would happily stay here again.

This was our second visit to Burnside. We received a lovely warm welcome from Sharon on our arrival. The rooms have a nice feel to them, are exceptionally clean, and the bed in our room was very comfortable indeed. A good night's sleep is easy to be had as it's very quiet in the room. The Wi-Fi is consistent and so is the smart TV. The hospitality tray is well stocked with the usual coffee and tea etc and even has biscuits if you fancy a nibble. As for the breakfast.... Absolutely gorgeous! The food is clearly good quality, no corners are cut here! Sharon offers a wide choice. The usual full english, homemade porridge to die for, omelettes etc... the list goes on and it's all top notch. All in all, this is a lovely Bed and Breakfast where care and thought has gone into everything to ensure you're stay is a pleasurable one. We will be back for sure!

What an experience! We enjoyed our stay tremendously! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Walking distance to the town centre, tranquil and peaceful neighbourhood. Beautifully decorated house, our room was sparkling clean and comfortable. Above all, what stood out to us was our host, Sharon. She welcomed us into her beautiful house and made us feel right at home. Her recommendations refined our itineraries to make the best of our time and every night we went to bed eager to wake up to her delicious and generous breakfast. We will be coming back, thank you Sharon!

We had two nights here and was really surprised to have secure motorbike parking at the rear. Sharon was lovely and spoilt us with kindness, a smile and an amazing breakfast. The rooms are very clean and well cared for, we will stop again, guaranteed.
