Hindscarth is a second-floor apartment in Keswick, recently refurbished to sleep four across two bedrooms. A king bed in the main room and two singles in the second mean flexible arrangements for couples, families or friends. Upstairs you'll find a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate living and dining area, and a properly equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine—the essentials for self-catering are covered, including linen, towels and Wi-Fi. The flat is light and airy with views of the surrounding fells from three sides. On-site parking for one car is included.

The location puts you steps from Keswick town centre, its restaurants, tea rooms and independent shops. Lake Derwentwater's shores are a 10-minute walk away, and a pub sits within a mile. Walking country spreads in every direction, with Catbells, Grisedale Pike and Skiddaw all visible from the windows. No smoking inside. Arrival after 15:00, departure before 10:00.

Hindscarth isn't a bad fell to walk up from the Newlands valley.. the first 2 thirds of the ascent are tremendous & the final trudge upto the summit is a wee bit tedious and dull.. but the rewards are the views back across the newlands valley & surrounding fella

Had myself a little wild camp on this beautiful fell. Walked up from honister slate mine, up to Dale Head & Hindscarth Edge. Amazing views, go's without saying. Two little wind breaks up here if it's windy whilst having you lunch.
