John and Heather were wonderfully kind hosts, and the room was perfect for our couple of nights in Keswick- great view from our window. The breakfasts were delicious and filling and service was great. Very convenient location near the Main Street full of shops and restaurants. Would stay here again when we visit next!

John, the owner, welcomed me when I arrived and took the time to explain everything properly. We ended up chatting about all sorts of topics, which made the whole experience feel personal. You feel welcomed here, not just treated as another customer. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay for Easter break at Abacourt Guest House! John and Heather are such warm and kind hosts who made us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect, just a short walk to Keswick town center, parks, lakes, and the river. Having private parking was a huge bonus, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings without worrying about finding a spot. Highly recommend, we can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place all around! John and Heather are so sweet and accommodating, the rooms are really nice, you can tell they think about the little details. Everything is quite good quality including the breakfast. My partner and I are quite picky eaters, but the breakfast is absolutely lovely. A very quick walk into town as well (2 mins). We’re a young couple and this was perfect for us, highly recommend. We hope to stay here again. Thank you so much!
