Knoll House

Knoll House is a converted farmhouse with everything needed for a group holiday in the Eden Valley. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels all included. Hot water and heating work throughout the house, with underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Two separate sitting rooms give you space to spread out, each with a wood-burning stove and comfortable seating. The dining kitchen has beams and room for everyone to gather, and it's properly equipped for cooking shared meals. There's a utility room with laundry facilities and drying space for outdoor clothes. Outside, a hot tub sits in the garden, which looks out over open countryside where deer are often seen in the distance. A pub is within walking distance of the property. The house does not permit smoking.
