Loft 10

This converted loft occupies the top floor of what was once the Royal Oak Hotel, right in the town centre where shops, pubs and restaurants are 50 yards away. The location means you can leave your car in its allocated space and explore on foot—the Theatre by the Lake and Hope Park are a ten-minute walk, and the Keswick Launch Company runs daily trips around the water if you want to venture further without driving.

Loft 10 is a light, contemporary space with a king-size bed in one room and a single in the other, sleeping three. The living and dining area has a television and views across Keswick's rooftops towards Skiddaw. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A shower room serves the space. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included; there is on-site parking for one car. The property is accessed via communal stairs. No smoking.
