Pheasant Lodge

Pheasant Lodge is a single-bedroom property on a farm in Cumberland, a few miles from the Scotland border. The entire ground floor is yours alone: an open-plan living space with a 42-inch TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave); a bedroom with a king bed and its own TV; a shower room; and a separate toilet. Underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The property is for two people only, and smoking is not permitted.

Outside, a private garden with terrace wraps around the lodge. The hot tub seats two and there is a sauna for your use alone. Garden furniture and a BBQ are provided, along with a bike store and parking for two cars. The farm itself is working land where you will see livestock including sheep and poultry during your stay.

The setting suits a couple seeking a quiet break away; Gretna Green lies within three miles. A welcome pack is included when you arrive after 3pm.
