Rosedean
Cumberland
Ireby is a quiet village in Cumberland positioned right where the Lake District National Park begins—you're steps from the boundary, with the northern fells, Bassenthwaite and Keswick all within reach. The village pub sits down a country lane, and Cockermouth is accessible for a day out. Rosedean itself occupies a central spot, with an enclosed garden and private parking.
The ground floor holds most of what you need: an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area arranged around a woodburner; a kingsize bedroom and a double with its own shower room; and a family bathroom. Upstairs, a third bedroom has twin beds. The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and all the rest—and there's a utility room with washer-dryer. One dog can stay free. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included, and the woodburner comes with initial fuel. The property allows ground-floor access throughout, which suits mixed-ability groups. No smoking.
