Southney Cottage

Keswick town centre is a ten-minute walk from Southney Cottage, putting the shops, cafés and attractions within easy reach on foot. Derwentwater itself is close by for lake cruises and waterside exploration, while fell walks start practically from the door. A parking permit for a nearby car park comes with the cottage, and one dog is welcome to join you.

The ground floor layout centres on a living room warmed by an electric wood effect stove, with leather sofas arranged in an inglenook fireplace. The dining kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, from quick breakfasts before heading out to proper suppers cooked at home. A king size bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower complete the space, and a small rear yard with a table and chairs provides an outdoor spot to sit between activities.

Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included. The cottage is yours alone for the duration of your stay. No smoking inside.
