Stayed here for the season, very relaxing site, well located for exploring the Lakes. The grounds are well kept and spotlessly clean. The Wardens, Gail and Paul, are always on hand should you require any assistance or just a chat to pass the time. Recommend to all

Millbrook Caravan Park is idyllically located for relaxing on site or for enjoying the surroundings attractions. By car the whole Lake District National Park is beckoning to be explored. Equally, the Yorkshire Dale's are barely 20 minutes away. If majestic rolling landscapes aren't your thing, then Millbrook is within easy reach of several market towns; Lancaster, Kendal, Kirby Lonsdale or even Skipton in under an hour. All excellent choices for local fayre. As if you didn't have easy enough access to fields, fells and locally-sourced retail therapy, Millbrook's locale, puts you 20 minutes from Morecombe Bay. The scenic villages of Arnside, Sandside and Silverdale have a charming promenade and a smattering of independent high quality outlets, fantastic for an afternoon's exploring and lunch. For those happy to travel a little further, the revived seaside town of Morecambe has 5 miles of renovated promenade as well as numerous festivals and parades in the summer months. The majority of the plots at Millbrook are occupied by privately owned static holiday homes, but pitches are also allocated to seasonal and short-stay caravans. The park is maintained to a high standard with a mixture of open, grassed areas and woodland for all to enjoy. The wardens live on site, and the park is appropriately lit for convenience. For those wishing to remain on the park, there is a shop and self-operated laundrette. All in all, a beautiful park, without all of the commercial goings-on of larger caravan parks! This is not Butlins!
