Llantysilio Lodge
Denbighshire
Through the entrance of Llantysilio Lodge, you step into a characterful listed property spread across two floors. The ground floor holds a living room with a 40-inch smart TV and electric woodburner, plus a kitchen-dining room fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a super kingsize bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed, served by a shower room with heated towel rail. The lodge sleeps five and comes with bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating included; initial logs for the woodburner are provided too.
Outside, an enclosed, lawned garden wraps around the property with a patio and children's play area. There is private parking for three cars and a bike store. The lodge sits on the edge of Llangollen, a working town with pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive. Steam train journeys run from the heritage railway station nearby. Within reach are the Horseshoe Falls and Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, with their walking routes and barge trips, plus a mountain bike centre, white water rafting, canoeing and fishing. One dog stays free. No smoking throughout.
