Love this soft play. Staff are always great, food is always lovely and hot, and there’s plenty for all ages of children to play with. I bring mindees and my grandson and always have a great time. It’s always lovely and clean when we arrive. Unfortunately some people don’t know how to clean up after themselves, and leave the floor absolutely disgusting, but the staff are always so quick to sort it and get it back to how it should be. I come in with a group of childminders and we always leave with happy happy children.

Tried this as an alternative to usual places as you didn’t have to book and could turn up any time which is much easier than some soft plays who offer timed sessions only. It was relatively quiet - probably only 5 or 6 children plus adults there, but it was a term time weekday. First impressions on pulling up were a bit dodgy! Parking is around the back amongst parking for other businesses. It was very congested from vehicles from the garage who were blocking off a lot of the spaces so I had to hang around for a while to park. It is not an enormous play frame in comparison to others locally but clean and safe in the most part. Bar the slide..which caused considerable issue to several children whilst we were there. It appeared to have been polished and children just kept careering down out of control either banging their heads on the slide itself or crashing into the netting at the bottom. Thankfully my daughter didn’t but it got a little heated when one parent complained and we decided to call it a day at that point. The gating around the entrance seems to be made of painted pallets or something. It’s too heavy and has dropped off the hinges and drags along the floor. So much so that when I tried to leave it caught and flung back with the latch hitting me hard in the head. The staff member said “ooh did the wind get it?” To which I explained what she already knew that the gate was catching on the floor which caused it. No response really… Won’t be revisiting - there are much better soft plays in the area.

At first, I had some concerns about visiting Tubby Bear's Playzone due to negative reviews I had seen beforehand. However, after talking to the friendly and inviting staff on the phone, I felt encouraged to give it a try. To my delight, Tubby Bear's Playzone exceeded my expectations, despite its seemingly secluded location. I decided to go on a not too busy day, which turned out to be a fantastic choice! It allowed my 2-year-old and me to fully enjoy the play area and various activities without feeling overwhelmed. He had an absolute blast, and even though older kids might find it even more enjoyable, we had a lot of fun together. Both my son and I are excited about going back for more fun and enjoyment. Tubby Bear's Playzone is indeed a fantastic place for kids to have a great time, and I'm thrilled to have experienced it on a quieter day

Love Tubby Bears. Been going for years. Always nice and clean and friendly. Have some lovely cakes and good selection of drinks. Party packages are nicely priced too.
