Pippinwell is a stone cottage forming part of a hamlet within the Peak District National Park, close to Lathkill Dale nature reserve. The building holds four bedrooms and four bathrooms across two floors, sleeping eight. Each bedroom has its own en-suite: one with a bath and shower, two with shower cubicles only, and one with both. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; the wood burner comes with its first fuel load already laid in.
Downstairs, a living room and kitchen/dining room both have a TV and Freesat. The kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and American-style fridge freezer, and central heating throughout keeps the cottage warm. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms. Outside, there is private parking for four cars on site and a patio with a sitting-out area. The cottage sits within a larger farm complex where guests can use a heated indoor swimming pool (open 8am to 10pm), a games room and a children's play area, all shared with other properties on the site. Bakewell is a five-minute drive away. No smoking indoors; a travel cot and highchair are available on request.
