Bakewell is a five-minute drive away, and the Peak District National Park surrounds Rabbit Hutch on all sides. The area draws walkers year-round; Lathkill Dale, a nature reserve, sits nearby. The cottage itself is part of Haddon Grove Farm, a cluster of stone buildings arranged around a courtyard, with shared facilities including an indoor heated pool open from 8am to 10pm, a games room and children's play area.
The property sleeps four across two bedrooms: a double and a twin, sharing a shower room and a separate toilet. Downstairs, the living room has a TV and Freesat; the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Electricity, wi-fi and bed linen are included. A patio with garden furniture and a shared garden provide outdoor space. On-site parking is available for two cars, and smoking is not permitted.
