Ravenscliffe

Ravenscliffe is a single-storey cottage near Ashbourne, sleeping up to four. Everything runs on the ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath and shower, a combined living and dining space, and a kitchen with electric oven and hob. The sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed if needed. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are all provided, along with heating for the colder months.

Outside, a lawned garden and patio area come with furniture. There is private parking for two cars on site. The cottage is detached and benefits from views across the rolling landscape. Smoking is not permitted inside. The location works well for exploring the Peak District—Dovedale's Stepping Stones and the Tissington Trail are within reach, and Chatsworth House is a reasonable drive away. Ashbourne itself, with its shops and restaurants, is nearby. Two pubs sit just over a mile distant, though the country roads lack pavements.
