About The Closes Caravan Park

Kniveton is a small village in the heart of Derbyshire, and The Closes Caravan Park sits on its edge, within easy reach of the Peak District's walking country. The site itself is straightforward: a campground with shower facilities for guests.

The nearby Kniveton Hill offers a gentle local walk, and the village is close enough to Ashbourne—a proper market town with pubs, shops and restaurants—that you could make an evening trip out without a long drive.

A small well kept site with no distractions. Very friendly owner,Sarah, who is always willing to help and advise. The grounds are well maintained with good security. Although it's a quiet site everyone is very friendly with some caravaners being there over 15years.
