The first-floor apartment sits in a new development at Battery Gardens, within walking distance of Fishcombe Cove and the South West Coast Path. You get the whole place to yourselves: a bright open-plan living, kitchen and dining space; a double bedroom and a twin; and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking—electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer are all there. A cot and highchair are available if needed. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in your booking.
Both the living room and master bedroom open onto a balcony with views across Torbay, furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. In the warmer months, the shared heated swimming pool is open daily from 10am to 7pm (May to mid-September). The grounds are enclosed and shared with other residents on-site; you get one parking space in the residents' car park. Brixham town centre is a short drive away if you want restaurants, fish and chips, or a proper look around the working harbour. The property is non-smoking throughout.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. We have booked for the last 3 years and have already booked for next year. The location is fantastic and the property is exactly what you need for a lovely holiday.
