Brixham's waterfront draws walkers, water sports enthusiasts and fishing boats in equal measure, and Lapwing 4 sits within that active harbour scene. The flat occupies the first floor of The Cove development with a full-width balcony facing out across the bay—you can watch activity at sea or simply settle with a book. Battery Park lies immediately below, its historic grounds visible from the private outdoor space where sun loungers are set up.

The layout works around an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors opening directly onto the balcony. One bedroom has a double bed and its own patio access; the other contains two singles. A bathroom with shower over the bath completes the layout. The kitchen is equipped to cook properly, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. A cot and highchair are available if needed. Wi-Fi is included; heating and electricity are covered in the rental.

Guests can use the shared heated swimming pool (open May to mid-September, 10am to 7pm) and have parking for one car. The South West Coast Path is accessible for walking, and the beach and surrounding woodland are close by. No smoking is permitted in the property.
