Brixham's working harbour, independent shops and seafood restaurants sit a ten-minute walk away along the South West Coast Path. The area draws water sports enthusiasts and fishermen; further coastal walks lead towards Torquay and Dartmouth. Dunlin 4 occupies the first floor of a development above Fishcombe Cove, a sheltered spot popular with visitors seeking quieter stretches of the Torbay coastline.
The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms—one double, one with twin singles—and has a bathroom with bath and shower. The open-plan living and dining space opens onto a full-width balcony through patio doors; the main bedroom also accesses it. A fully equipped kitchen handles self-catering, and there is a television in the living area and both bedrooms. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided, along with heating and electricity.
Guests benefit from a shared heated swimming pool (open May to mid-September, 10am to 7pm), enclosed grounds and a dedicated parking space. The balcony and its outdoor furniture make a natural retreat for reading or watching the activity on the water. No smoking is permitted in the property.

Fabulous apartment. Incredible view of the sea . Beautifully accessorised in beach theme. Lots of board games to choose from , Frustration was our favourite! Gorgeous walks , right on coastal path. Parking space and visitor parking was great. Secure site. Brixham is a wonderfully vibrant little town . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and we will be returning.

We were in no 3 not 4. The bath was not easy to get on and out of.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views across the bay - contemporary furnishings and really large terrace - few little issues with a dirty bbq and grill pan in the oven - bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but all in all the view made this apartment worth it
