The whole property is yours, with two bedrooms—a double and two singles—and two bathrooms spread across a single ground floor. The open-plan living and dining area has French doors opening onto a shared courtyard, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking rather than heating takeaways.

Everything needed for a self-catering stay is covered: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating included. One dog stays free. An external laundry room with washer and tumble dryer is available, as is a travel cot and highchair on request. There is parking for one car on site. The cottage overlooks a courtyard garden with a pond and fountain, and shares access to garden furniture and a barbecue with the other cottages around it. Paignton beach is roughly three miles away; the village itself offers countryside walks and shops. No smoking inside.
