What visitors say
I'm sorry to leave such a negative review but this was the first and last time we went there and the place was absolutely filthy, no attempt to clean any part of the play or seating area, looks like years worth of dirt, dust, mould and hair everywhere. The place is in dire need of a deep clean and sanitising. It was also freezing cold inside.

The staff are genuinely kind and great with children. Unfortunately, the cleanliness lets the place down — the corners of the soft play area are filthy, with very thick dust, including on the overhead pneumatic ball tubes. As a parent, this triggered allergy symptoms. The venue was also uncomfortably cold. The under-2s area is extremely small and right next to the ball play zone, which is for ages 5+. This was frustrating for my toddler, who could see it but wasn’t allowed in. Great staff, but better cleaning, warmer temperatures, and a more suitable toddler area are really needed.

My child is autistic and will only drink water or fresh orange juice, came here about 6 weeks ago and found that neither the play centre or the pub had any fresh orange in stock. Came today prepared with fresh orange juice box and was told by the manageress that drinks are not allowed to be brought in from outside. I explained our previous visit issues and the lady said that she understands that my child is "special" and he can have the juice box today and in future water only. Never coming here again, Run of the mill have no such issues and it doesn't smell of wee either as this place did today. Regarding your response, I am not a liar, the pub didnt have any fresh orange in stock. And to the paying public I advise you simply read the reviews on this play centre.

Our first time in here. First impression building is not big, it doesn't smell fresh inside. Over 5's area was really good and spacious. My kid enjoyed her play time. Toilet was clean. On a downside the area is very very dirty. She only got an hour to play, which is not worth the money paid, unlike other play areas where you can stay much longer. They didn't serve any food. We will be back, but it could be doing much better.

People say this play area offers good value, with delicious food and drinks, and that the staff are friendly and attentive, making birthday parties special.
Other reviews mention the play area can be neglected and the staff can be unhelpful.
