What visitors say
Really clean, nice staff, and good facilities (screens, sound, food, bathrooms etc.) the staff were particularly warm and welcoming! One big issue is the length of the advertising before the film. I was watching with my nieces (7, 4) and although all the advertising was age appropriate it was FAR TOO LONG. The film was scheduled to start at 1520 and started 25 minutes later at 1545. This is ridiculous when attending with small children. STOP THIS NOW. UPDATE 27/01/2026 Thank you for the reply ODEON Trowbridge. Could you please let me know what the start time for children's films will be moving forward? Thank you.

Really disappointed with the experience I had at the cinema yesterday. Went to see obsession in screen 7. There was zero air conditioning and it was uncomfortably hot that found it hard to breath. The screen was widescreen but the film was shown on what looked like a 4:3 ratio taking up prob about 60% of the screen. One of the speakers on the right above the fire door side was blowing and crackled when there was a lot of noise so all in all not a pleasant experience. When you charge £13+ a ticket I expect better than that. If your air con wasn’t working it would have been nice to have been told before hand as I would not have gone.

Parking can be an issue but overall a great place to see movies( I won't mention the food prices, because everyone knows what to expect 💰💰💰💰)

Good experience. Needed help with changes that have been made in the the 10 years. But, all in all. Would go again if it's a good film
