What visitors say
We visited Ledge Climbing Wall for the first time and had a fantastic experience. After a quick health and safety video and an easy registration process, we were ready to climb! Climbing shoes are available to rent if you don’t have your own, which was super handy. The walls vary in difficulty, so there’s something for everyone – whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. The entire space is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with safety mats under every wall. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! 👍🙂

You'll be pleasantly surprised by the excellent news climbing facility at The Ledge which replaced the old cramped Inverness Leisure Centre facility. It provides superb bouldering and a good but fairly limited roped climbing wall. They have catered well for kids learning with a dedicated roped wall and bouldering wall for young learners (and us older folk not looking to push ourselves too much). There are training and gym facilities available as part of membership and an excellent on site cafe and outdoor activity and equipment retail store.

New building. Inside the place is falling apart. Doesn't seem to be cleaned or maintained. Regardless, their comp wall gets a 10/10. They had 18 great comp boulders we loved. Advice to ownership. Put some $ into fixing up the place.

Cafe review only but wonderful experience, lovely coffee, comfy seats. Arrived in area for car MOT after journey from up north and nothing else open that early so was a lovely to find somewhere open at 8am on a very cold Tuesday morning. Didnt eat this time but food looked very delicious so will definitely be back. Really nice coffee!
