About Flowerdew Farm

Tucked away near Punckowle in deepest Dorset, Flowerdew Farm offers a refreshingly varied mix of pitches – from traditional non-electric grass and hardstanding spots for tents and campervans to unfurnished and furnished bell tents, plus a charming converted horsebox for those wanting a touch more comfort. Dogs are welcome across the board, campfires are allowed, and there's free WiFi alongside all the expected facilities including showers, toilets and drinking water. The rural setting feels genuinely off the beaten track, though a few visitors note that in wet weather the grass pitches can get muddy underfoot. Still, if you're after a low-key, family-friendly base for exploring Dorset's coast and countryside without too much fuss, Flowerdew fits the bill nicely.

We have had an absolutely amazing stay at Flowerdew farm! We stayed in big John and honestly had the best overnight. Everything around the site is so beautifully thought out. We’ve stayed in many camping sites, and found here the cleanest, and most welcoming. Claire is so lovely and you can see the passion and heart she puts into everything. It’s the perfect peaceful get away where we really felt welcomed. I highly recommend, and will definitely be returning xxxx thank you! Xxxx

Lovely little campsite. It has maybe 12 pitches for tents and campervans and a few bell tents to rent. It has toilets and only one shower but it's manageable even on a busy night. There are goats and alpacas on site and the owner runs animal wellness sessions where you can feed and interact with the animals. It's out of the way and gated so feels safe for solo travellers. Just a couple of miles to the SW Coastal path with a lovely walk to westbay and beyond.

Me and my family had the most incredible time here. We were looking for a clean, laid back camp site in the beautiful countryside and when we saw the alpacas there was no other option! Claire is amazing, she gave us fantastic recommendations to make the most of the stunning surroundings including sea swimming and a fantastic pub walking distance away. Sitting around the fire in the evening was perfect. We will definitely be coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay at Flowerdew Farm Campsite! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a little slice of countryside heaven. Perfect for our toddler, lots to keep us app entertained and some fantastic eco facilities that have inspired us to live a little more rustic! We shall definitely be back.
