About Manor Farm Holiday Centre
Tucked into rolling Dorset countryside near Charmouth, Manor Farm Holiday Centre offers a solid base for exploring the Jurassic Coast. The site's well-kept grounds feature a heated outdoor pool – a real draw for families on warmer days – plus decent facilities including electric hook-ups, clean shower blocks and WiFi throughout. Dogs are welcome, and the year-round opening makes it a reliable choice whatever the season.
That said, some visitors feel parts of the site could use a refresh, and a few mention that pitches can feel a little close together during busier periods. Still, the friendly welcome and proximity to fossil-rich beaches more than compensate, making Manor Farm a practical, family-focused option for a Dorset camping holiday.

What visitors say
This is a nice holiday destination. Our accommodation was comfortable and clean. There is a nice pool and a playground on site. You can catch a bus from right outside the gates. This is a great location for exploring the area.

Perfect campsite for our New Year stop over, the owners were brilliant as we arrived a couple of hours early of check in time but we were allowed to pick our pitch and hook up right away! We were told that none of the amenities were open due to the time of year but we still had clean water, electric and waste disposal on our pitch which was all we needed. Short walk to the beach and a good sized shop in the village as well as 2 very good pubs, We will definitely be returning to this campsite the next time we are down in Charmouth 👌🏻

Just arrived today, thank goodness it’s lovely weather! Not at all what we were expecting! The clubhouse is long gone, not as advertised! the toilets and showers need a serious update, you have to pay extra for Wi-Fi and it’s very expensive for what you get! We’re in our own touring caravan so can be self sufficient thank goodness! 3 days on, hot weather, the gents toilets stink from walking past on the path and it’s really not very busy at all! We won’t be back!

Awful experience. The weird family who own it sit and watch the children in the pool and the stop them basically having any fun. I’ve seen the old lady referred to as an old battle ax…that’s about right. She was vile to my child. The whole vibe of this place is weird and uncomfortable. I would never go back to this place. The rooms were also filthy and shabby.
