MY FAVOURITE PLACE EVER. I have gone for the last 4 years and I love it so much. The location is perfect for family's and there is a massive play area surrounding the caravan where kid and adults can play or go for a walk. The beach is amazing and the sea is safe to go in. There are lots of places to go surrounding the caravan park such as an amazing seinic tram, and lyme regis which is a go to destination

What a lovely stay we had. Clean, modern and comfortable caravan. Site was immaculate and perfectly located for a gentle stroll to the beach. The site was peaceful and we witnessed no antisocial behavior (refreshing change!!). Close to Lyme and west bay. The food trucks that visit the site and very handy and food was to a good standard. The ducks were delightful and regular visitors to our van (purchased duck food from the shop). Great experience and it just felt like a very wholesome holiday

If I recommend this place for a holiday then it would be less available to us therefore I cannot recommend this site to anyone but the most discerning holidaymakers would can appreciate all the aspects of Seadownand not expect the negatives like clubhouse, gamesrooms, swimming pools and so on. The facilities of Charmouth and Seadown are plentiful as nature can provide. Peaceful and non commercialised, friendly and clean. Please don't go there!

Most enjoyable few days here, our first ever visit. Site immaculately presented and very quiet. Van a little old but clean, tidy and comfortable. Short walk along the picturesque river (saw a kingfisher) to a lovely beach. Sand, tremendous views, some nice beachside food outlets and very clean. Local town with shops and cafes, pub etc short walk away. Lyme Regis short drive away, couple of miles. Need to be aware that the WiFi is apparently basic; the lady in well stocked site shop told us when we went to pay for access. We took the hint and made do with phone net access which for us and our provider was a little in and out. TBF was quite nice not to be online for a bit! Our first visit but won't be our last
