Zambuka Campsite

5 star ✨ wonderful NO frills campsite, rural with sea views and hills, and a short drive from Weymouth's beaches. Dark skies here. There are no lights so make sure you bring torches 🔦 🔦 Go back in time and stay here as it feels very Enid Blyton Famous Five "go camping" !! Adults only, for TENTS and CAMPERVANS, and small/medium sized motorhomes. If you have a large motorhome best to contact the owners first for further information on access. No loud noise is permitted. No Wi-Fi and patchy/or no 5G signal on some networks. EE is fine. so check before you visit if you really need this!! small clean hot showers/toilet block. no coins needed EHU available, best pre-book an electric pitch and you pay for the electricity as you use it. I gather it is possible to order milk and bread etc from the local Craig's dairy farm shop nearby and I think they can deliver to the campsite. There is a fish and chip shop a short drive away but also, fabulous fish and chips at Bennett's on the old harbour which we brought back to the campsite. the owner's are lovely helpful and friendly. Kay and her husband. you are allowed a raised BBQ and I think, a proper fire pit BUT do seek owner's permission FIRST! NO open campfires 🔥 doggy friendly but make sure you bring your poo bags & own disposal bags. really lovely place close to ringstead Bay and the SW Coast path, a 25 minute walk away. the campsite is above the main A353 road there are bus stops some distance away which have the first bus x54 and the damory cr5 with lots of other connections at Weymouth.

Great view. The toilet and shower are very clean. Kay is very nice. Definitely coming back again

Great location with beautiful views. Piping hot water in the shower block and a well maintained pitch. Kay and her family were so helpful and made the experience so pleasant. No WiFi or TV signal, but who needs that when you have such beautiful views.

Lovely little site, only a short drive away from Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. It's hard to find when you're driving, I wish the signage was slightly better. Met by owners on arrival, hassle free booking in, the site was quiet so we had the pick of where to pitch. We only had 2 1 man tents which went on the same pitch, but we still had to pay for 2 full pitches. The facilities are immaculately clean, very well looked after, lovely warm showers. On the whole, I heartily recommend this site, the site has rules on noise so there were no issues at all, decent night's sleep.
