Great campsite. Much of it is sloped but easy to find a flat spot. Take your levellers if you're in a van just incase. Facilities wonderfully clean. Superb views out to sea. I loved that there is a discount for single travellers! I used this site as a stop off from Devon to Kent and it was perfect.

Stayed here in May 2026 and absolutely loved it. So so peaceful with incredible views of the sea and nearby hills. Coastal path is literally 2 min walk away and pub at the bottom of the hill is about 10 mins walk away. Staff were really friendly. Excellent facilities -toilet, shower and washing up sinks were extremely clean (we all commented on it!). Hot water in showers. This is perfect if you want to be off grid. No phone signal so you can truly switch off from the outside world! When we were there it wasn't too busy. Ample space and all other campers were extremely respectful. No loud music or disturbances. Seemed to attract a very nice crowd of people wanting a simple off grid camping break. Looking forward to returning!

Great campsite with everything you need. Where we we pitched at the top field had stunning sea views. The onsite shop had very friendly staff, and the whole place felt really cared for. The toilet and showers were clean and practical and always had hot water, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The site is large, but there was plenty of space, and an absolute gem of a pub a short walk down by the beach called The Smugglers Inn.
