Durdle Dreams

Durdle Dreams is a detached thatched cottage in West Lulworth, a village on the edge of the Jurassic Coast. The property sleeps eight across four bedrooms: one kingsize with its own shower room, a second kingsize, and two rooms with zip-and-link singles that can be configured as doubles or kept separate. Two bathrooms serve the house, one with a bath and shower. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is covered—heating via an air source heat pump, hot water, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels all included. The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking, with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and all standard appliances. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The ground floor is arranged for living and gathering. Two separate living spaces mean families can spread out—one with a wood-burning stove, both with smart TVs. Patio doors from the kitchen and main living area open onto an enclosed lawned garden with seating and space for outdoor activities. An external games room contains a multi-games table, darts and a fridge. The cottage can accommodate one dog at no extra cost, and travel cots, high chairs and safety gates are available on request. Parking for two cars is available on the property, with additional street parking nearby. The village has a shop and a 16th-century pub serving local food. Lulworth Cove is within walking distance.
