Little Dairy

Little Dairy is a converted barn in the hamlet of Wigbeth, on the Dorset-Hampshire border. Everything needed for a break away is provided: the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook proper meals or keep things simple; the open-plan living space has a wood burner and vaulted ceilings with big windows; wi-fi and all bed linen and towels are included. Electricity is covered in the price.

The single bedroom is generous, with a freestanding bath, separate walk-in shower and en-suite. Outside, a private enclosed garden has a hot tub with massage jets, patio furniture and a barbecue. You also have access to a shared paddock for walks or sitting out. The location suits people wanting countryside quiet within reach of Wimborne and Ringwood for shops and food, or the New Forest and Cranborne Chase for longer days out; beaches at Bournemouth and Poole are under an hour's drive. One well-behaved dog is welcome. No smoking.
